These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the National Fast Loan website (the "Site") and the loan-connection service we provide ("National Fast Loan," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We are not a lender or broker. National Fast Loan is a lead generator and matching service. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, set loan terms, or guarantee that you will be approved or receive any particular rate, amount, or term. Submitting our form is a request to be connected with third-party lenders — it is not an application for credit with us and not a commitment to lend by anyone.

1. Our Service

We collect limited information from you and transmit it to lenders and lending partners in our network who may be able to offer you a personal loan or related product. Whether you receive an offer, and the terms of any offer, are determined solely by the lender based on its own underwriting criteria and applicable law. We do not participate in those decisions and are not a party to any loan.

2. Eligibility

To use our service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state), a U.S. resident, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are not available in all states, and availability and terms vary by location.

3. Loan Disclosures

Rates, Terms, and Costs

National Fast Loan is not a lender and does not set rates or terms. The lenders in our network offer personal loans, and the actual rate, amount, and term you are offered are determined by the lender. Representative ranges across our network are:

Loan amounts: $500 to $10,000
Repayment terms: 3 to 72 months
Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 5.99% to a maximum of 35.99%

APR includes the interest rate plus applicable fees and reflects the total yearly cost of the loan. Not all applicants will qualify, and not all applicants will receive the lowest rate or maximum amount.

Representative Example (illustrative)

A $5,000 loan at a 24.99% APR repaid over 36 months would require 36 monthly payments of approximately $198.78, for a total repayment of approximately $7,156. This example is for illustration only; your actual rate, term, fees, and payment are set by your lender and may differ.

Implications of Non-Payment and Late Payment

Failing to repay a loan on time may result in additional fees, collection activity, and negative effects on your credit, as set out in your lender's agreement. Review your lender's terms, including any late fees, renewal, and collection practices, before accepting a loan.

4. No Cost to You; How We Are Compensated

We do not charge you a fee to use our service. We may receive compensation from lenders and partners when we transmit your request to them or when you take certain actions. This compensation may influence which lenders or offers are presented and in what order.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive calls and texts at it. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent and electronic signature authorizing National Fast Loan and its lending and marketing partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including for marketing — using automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS/text messages, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may opt out of texts by replying STOP. 7. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive communications and disclosures electronically and agree that your electronic submissions, acceptances, and consents satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act.

8. Third-Party Lenders and Partners

We do not control and are not responsible for the products, services, terms, conduct, or privacy and security practices of any lender or partner. Any loan you accept is solely between you and that lender and is governed by their agreement. We make no representation or warranty regarding any third party.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL BE MATCHED WITH A LENDER, RECEIVE AN OFFER, OR BE APPROVED FOR ANY LOAN, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONALFASTLOAN.COM AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH A LENDER OR PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Fast Loan and its affiliates from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. Except where prohibited by law, you and National Fast Loan agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and that you and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where federal law or your state's consumer-protection law applies.

14. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, trademarks, and logos are owned by National Fast Loan or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
